OFFICIAL: Manchester United Accept World Record Real Madrid Bid For Cristiano Ronaldo

There has been a world record, unconditional offer after the player asked to leave. Now all will be concluded by the end of the month…

Article

Do you think Real Madrid regretted the Zidane deal? Surely they didn’t regret the David Beckham deal. Despite their performances on the field each were cash cows for Real Madrid. Beckham alone generated close to 150 million in revenue for Real Madrid during his time there. While not at the level marketing wise as David Beckham, Ronaldo is close and at 23 years old still has another 10 years of top class football left in him. Can’t wait to see the after effects of this impending Ronaldo to Real Madrid transfer.

I still believe selling him will be the best thing to happen for United, will do them better than winning a tripple! His attitute, arrogance and selfishness on the pitch doesn’t belong in Premiership, but Spain looks just perfect for it! Now I am not saing he isn’t a good player, but those are not the times where one player makes the team so they will survive without him and probably get a very decent replacement for less than half of what the will make off him.

Very Nice Zeuxis…..Thank you for your input.

Agree with Zeuxis – good move for ManUtd. He seemed to be loosing steam with Utd (still head & shoulders above many a player) and needed a change. Will certainly miss his flamboyance (sp?) and spectacular goals on FSC, but definitely will not miss the petulance & diving.

It’ll be interesting to see how La Liga refs handle CR – they certainly don’t allow as much contact as the BPL refs. Will they treat him as a ‘Special One’ and give him more coverage? Damn! Need to get a cable channel that gives La Liga.

Goltv has La Liga rights for another year. No clue if your cable company carries it. I know Dish Network dropped them last year. Real Madrid-Barcelona game next year should be off the charts.

well, zeuxis seems to forget many english football players who could teach us arrogance and lack of fair play.. like rooney , arrogant, aggressive, bad manners, ghetto style. in the pitch and in life. the swearing , the ugly tattoos…. the most vulgar you can find.
