Jurgen Klinsmann has been removed from his position as Bayern Munich coach with immediate effect.
The official FC Bayern website states that the board, comprising Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Uli Hoeness, and Karl Hopfner met this morning to communicate to Klinsmann that he was to be fired.
It was only going to be a matter of time before the axe was dropped on Klinsmann tenure at Bayern Munich. With the combination of being out classed by Barcelona in the Champions League to go along with their poor performance in the Bundesliga, Bayern felt a change was needed.
