Zakuani taken as first pick at MLS SuperDraft
The newest MLS expansion team, the Seattle Sounders, selected University of Akron forward Steve Zakuani as the first pick in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft on Thursday afternoon in St. Louis.
Since I am not a follower of NCAA football I’d be hard pressed to make any judgment on these players but much like the generation Adidas article last week it will be interesting to see which players end up making an impact in the coming years.
