Beckenbauer: Spurs’ Loss Was Our Gain
Franz Beckenbauer believes Martin Jol’s sacking as manager of Tottenham Hotspur, and subsequent success at Hamburg, is another victory for Germany over England.
Always respected Martin Jol for the way he handled the bush league way Tottenham fired him. Usually a coach gets fired when he losses support of the players and or fans but the Spurs fans were behind him til the final day. Good to see him having success at Hamburg.
