Robinho Agent Holds Further Chelsea Talks
Robinho’s agent held a second meeting with Chelsea on Tuesday amid growing reports that the Brazilian could be on his way to Stamford Bridge in a big money move.
This is one rumor that makes sense. Robinho will always be hard pressed to live up to the expections set upon him. Also Chelsea and Real Madrid have done business in the past, most notably the transfer of Arjen Robben last year.
Roma want Inter Milan’s Crespo in Mancini deal
Roma are interested in taking Inter Milan striker Hernan Crespo as part of Amantino Mancini’s move to the San Siro.
Mourinho was more than willingly to loan out Crespo to Inter the previous two seasons. Now that he is in charge of Inter parting with Crespo wouldn’t be considered a deal breaker.
Fenerbahce sign Spain striker Guiza from Mallorca
PALMA DE MALLORCA, July 8 (Primera Liga) – Real Mallorca have confirmed striker Dani Guiza has left the club to join Turkish side Fenerbahce.
Pretty steep price to pay but Guiza does have a keen eye for goal and he’ll be paired up for Luis Aragones who included him at the cost of Raul in Spain’s 2008 European Championship team. Still believe this will be a one year and done type of deal ala Nichols Anelka
