Inter Join Juve In The Race For Schweinsteiger
Inter have joined the race to sign Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern Munich according to Sportmediaset.
With a release clause of only 20 million euros rumors of Schweinsteiger moving on will not go away anytime soon. Either some team will step up with a bid or Bayern Munich will offer Schweinsteiger a new contact to keep other teams at bay.
Terim agrees coaching extension with Turkey
After leading Turkey to the semi-final of Euro 2008, head coach Fatih Terim has committed his future to the country by signing a two-year extension to his contract.
No idea how Terim will top what he managed for Turkey at Euro 2008. Turkish fans must be happy that he stayed on to oversee qualifying for the next World Cup.
Ronaldo’s Milan Contract Not Renewed
The contract of crocked Brazilian striker Ronaldo has not been renewed by Milan, as the club wants to wait and see if El Fenomeno recovers fully from injury.
What could of been. That is what I keep thinking when I look back on Ronaldo. Despite all that he has done in his career you always felt he could of done more.
LA Galaxy To Tempt Ronaldinho
LA Galaxy are lining up a mega offer to tempt Ronaldinho to join David Beckham in the MLS and will put the proposal to the player’s agent at a meeting next week.
I’d even give the Galaxy a better chance of signing Ronaldinho than Manchester City. Not that I except Ronaldinho to go Hollywood but if he did play for LA every game would be 5-3 as their defense is horrible.
