Great, now Wenger gets to have another 17 year old sit for two years much like Walcott. Sinnacle comments aside Arsenal would properly be a better place for Ramsey than United. At Arsenal Ramsey could feature in 15-20 games he if sticks with the team. He’d be lucky to get that if he went and stayed at United.

Aston Villa’s Gareth Barry has demanded that boss Martin O’Neill lets him leave the club to sign for Liverpool. (The Sun)

Gareth Barry should demand Rafa to cut a 15 million pound cheque first.

Liverpool have opened negotiations with Roma over the possible £5m sale of attacking left-back John Arne Riise. (The Independent)

What negotiations? If Roma offer five million pounds all Liverpool will do is say yes.

And Goodison Park boss David Moyes is planning a daring raid on Sporting Lisbon to snatch Portugal’s £16m-rated Joao Moutinho from under the noses of Manchester United and Arsenal. (The Sun)

Joao Moutinho should ask Hugo Viana what happens if you leave for a non top four EPL team too early. It would be great for the game to see Everton crack i the top four but if they finish worst then 5th this year it would be Moutinho, Everton’s expensive signing that would shoulder a great deal of the blame.

Newcastle have stepped up their pursuit of St Etienne and France forward Bafetimbi Gomis by lodging a £10m offer. Arsenal and Bolton are also interested. (The Times)

Newcastle need to make a splash soon in the transfer market. They have come out of the gates slow and Newcastle fans will want to see some hope going into next year.

But Capello has also urged Chelsea star Lampard to consider a move to Inter Milan, suggesting it could make him a better player. (Daily Mail)

Sinnacle and Capello think alike. I’m sure that is where the similarities end however.
