For some reason I enjoy Scolari needling Sir Alex Ferguson. I do believe Scolari has Ronaldo best interest at heart but if Scolari goes to Chelsea I am sure he would not mind facing a Manchester United side with out the services of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Not nearly enough and Rafa Benitez should of had the foresight to go after Ribery last year. Bayern Munich are not going to be pushed around in the transfer market. Plus Bayern pays top dollar and are always a force in their home league and in Europe. Liverpool would be better off looking elsewhere, like Porto for example.

I am so tired of the ronaldo transfer rumours already and the summer has only just started. Everytime i open the paper somebody else has an opinion on what he should do. You hear stuff like ronaldos mom want to see her son playing for madrid i mean my god. Firstly i very much doubt it matters where his mom wants to see him play and secondly as long as her son is getting payed i don’t imagine ronaldos mom cares too much about where he plays. People also talk about ronaldo like he is the be all and end all of this united team. He is not going anywhere for a couple of years (hes only 23 there is no rush) and frankly if he handed in a transfer request tomorrow id say thank you very much for your services and sell him. He scored a huge amount of goals this year and is extremely gifted but nobody is bigger than united we would spend the money on a centre forward to score some of the goals we’d lose, we would buy a good right back and a winger to replace him it wouldn’t be the end of the world i think ronaldo needs united more than they need him. I know not everyone will agree with that and thats ok
