If I didn’t believe he weaseled his way into the Chelsea job I’d almost feel sorry for Grant. To me he is the Richard Nixon of Football coaches. No matter how hard he tries Grant will never be loved by the Chelsea fans. He’ll always live in the shadow of Jose Mourinho. The Cheslea supports will stand behind Grant when Chelsea are winning but the second they drop points calls for his head can be heard by the press. After awhile it must get to a person which is the reason for this charismatic press conference.
